★★★★★“This is my first time travel to China, Chongqing. I stay in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean. The location is in the center of Chongqing (I think xixixi. Because is very easy to go everywhere). Service is very excellent, friendly staff and humble, from front desk to house keeping all is so helpful. Big thanks to Leo / Zhou Hongke, the staff who always helped me for transportation and others. Recommend for this hotel.”
“The actual facilities at the hotel are nice. Be aware, however, that the hotel is mot really prepared to cater to foreign tourists. No one spoke English, which made things difficult, especially in the restaurant, where the service was absolutely terrible. The language barrier also ended up causing a laundry issue, whereby we were charged a fortune for express service. The hotel is not centrally located so there are very. few places to eat or shop nearby. Would definitely avoid this hotel on the future.”
